We always recommend insuring packages valued over $500, if you want shipment insurance on your order please email us at Info@upstatehempco.com after you have placed your order and we will invoice you for the additional insurance costs. 

Packages that are marked “delivered” via USPS/UPS tracking are considered delivered and are the responsibility of the buyer. Upstate Hemp Company is not responsible for stolen packages after being marked “delivered”.
