Tamales, a mix between Gelatti X RUNTZ – you know this one will be interesting! Opening the bag we get a strong reminder of the genetics, notes from both the RUNTZ and Gelatti will fill your nostrils. Undertones of apples, pepper, a hint of bubblegum and fruits. This one is quite dynamic on the nose and depending on the temperature, something new will emerge.

The flavors are excellent, caryophyllene forward. Herbal, but some of those fruits follow through on the back end. We believe the name Tamales comes from a subtle peppery undertone, which makes for a mild tingle on the tongue. This one is quite interesting indeed! Buds range in size, but many large 2-3g buds exist. They’re spongy  but quite firm and will leave your fingers smelling great! Many buds will have a slight purple hue to them, some will be more of a lime green. We do notice that some of the hairs are deep red and nearly purple – which we don’t see often.
Effects are euphoric, relaxing and often we find ourselves burying our noses back into the bag, in attempt to decipher what our nose is telling us about the Tamales. This is an indica dominant hybrid, but somewhere around 60/40.
