London Pound cake is another new face to the website, a descendent of Sunset Sherbert. If you’ve tried our Sunset Sherbert, you’ll have a very good idea as to what you’ll be getting into with the London Pound Cake. This one is quite bready, with vanilla and mild sweetness. It’s very light on the nose and easily mis-characterized as grassy or undercured. Due to such a light nose, we’ve held this for nearly three months in our cold-cure room with some improvements on the nose – we always aim for having the aromas to explode out of the bag! This one isn’t that, it’s very similar to it’s mild descendant, Sunset Sherbert.

Not to worry, because the LPC is extremely smooth on inhale. Much like the Sunset, it’s smooth and very flavorful. Flavors range, we do pickup butter, vanilla, pine and a splash of lemon zest. The effects are very calming and well suited for those who may be anxious. A few puffs off LPC and the world seems to melt away for a short time, we find that time will fly by and before you know it, a couple hours have passed.

The shortcomings on the nose of LPC shouldn’t push you away – there’s always a reason why we release what we release and there are more than enough redeeming qualities of this beautiful strain to keep this on the shelf! This will be the only stock of this LPC cut!
