Shipping Policy
Products sold by Upstate Hemp Co., and the majority of industrial-hemp products on the market, contain cannabinoids and, unless specified otherwise, trace amounts of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). The amount of THC in our products never exceeds 0.3% concentration by weight, per state and federal regulations. Though unlikely, it is possible that users of our products may fail an employer drug test. By purchasing our products, you understand that failing a drug test is a possibility and that you waive the right to make a claim against Happy Hippie Hemp Co., or any of our affiliated companies for any matters related to any drug test you take or the results of any such drug test, including the loss of employment or any employment opportunity or the imposition of a civil or criminal penalty.  

We retain the right to not ship to any locations where local laws prohibit the sale, possession, use, or purchase of THCa, Delta 8 THC products, or any hemp-derived products. Furthermore we are not responsible for knowing whether this product is legal in your area of residence. By purchasing this product, you assume full responsibility for all parts pertaining to your purchase. Currently 

THCA products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines:

Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island. 

Delta 8 products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines: AR, CA, CO, CT,DE, GA, HI, ID, IN,IA, KS, MA, MS,MT, NV, NH, NY,ND, OR, RI, SC,UT, VA, VT,WA, WV.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We do not authorize returns for: Dryness, muted/low aromas or flavors that the customer doesn’t like. Our Hemp products are very subjective person-to-person and we will not entertain returns based on a subjective flavor/aroma/dryness basis.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at upstatehempco@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS  
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the email below to arrange a refund or exchange.  Please Note     ●     Packaging must be unopened, we only authorize returns for wrongly set items or severely damaged items.         ●     Exchanges for non-described products are only accepted under review by management        ●     Refunds/exchanges for non delivered products are possible but only if they aren’t marked delivered   ● Refunds/exchanges for items marked delivered must undergo thorough investigation and refunds are not guaranteed
